Thanks to aplication of special low-emission overlays and a noble gas chamber they feature increased heat isolation – thermoisolation rate for the standard package 4/16/4 is equal 1.0 W/m2K,, while for a 3 pane package 4/12/4/12/4 – 0,7 W/m2K. Additional isolation enhancement of the hardened panes is achieved by means of a so called “warm frame” SWISS-PE-CER, which has an upgraded frame separation made from synthetic plastics. The main advantages of this kind of panes are:
– lack of thermo bump on solidified panes border
– higher thermal comfort nearby windows
– lower risk of appearance of condensation on the pane surfaces.
There is the possibility of the use of safety glass (laminated, tempered), solar control (tinted, reflective) in hardened panes and also increased acoustic isolation glass.
